If he does, he's staying on the Warriors to play with Curry for the next 6-7 years.

they'd both love a way to the lakers, but he's in the second best position playing for JWest.

Klay's the perfect guy.. hits spot ups and defends well - especially in today's league where superstars arent that "super".

Why not? You think they'd lose Klay b/c they didn't want offer him more than Steph?

Steph's contract was the result of his glass ankles at the time of his negotiations.

All true but if you pay Klay more than Steph, than Steph will be outraged. But since it's not a Laker problem, it should be fun to watch.

cause 1 of the many reasons I heard why the Rockets didnt match Parsons was because he would got paid more then Harden and Harden was not cool with that.

same thing here. lots of egos so maybe

Does Steph look as clownish as Harden to you?

Iggy (verified) and Steph are probably the first ones telling the Warriors's FO to get it done.

Steph's contract was the result of his then-injury prone days, and was a fair deal at the time. No hurt feelings IMO.

I don't think they won't simply because it might outrage steph, I think if they resist the max is because they already don't want to max him for being cheap, and they'd use steps example for leverage.

I really wasn't trying to be rhetorical, I honestly want to know the chances klay goes restricted.

I was going to refute that, but then I remembered who our GM and President are and then begrudgingly agreed.

Chase Budinger has been made available in trade talks by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets have shown an interest in Budinger, among several other teams.

Houston and Detroit are reluctant to take on the $5 million player option on Budinger's contract.

The Wolves have an excess of forwards and minutes may be limited for Budinger.

Mitch has built winners and Jeannie deserves a chance.

I just want to get rid of Nash's contract to be honest... and on top of that we get a big boost in the depth charts...... we get 2 reliable outside shooters to spread the floor.

i don't think Minnesota would make that trade, but i'd sure as hell take Budinger over Wes any day.

You guys know that with that proposed trade we just got smaller as a team. We already lack a productive big and you're going to package away our center for a Small Forward and another Shooting Guard plus including our draft pick from Houston. Are we trying to run small ball? A roster filled with 6'7 dudes?

no no no, i wasn't agreeing to 2.0's trade scenario, the first thing i thought was "why would we give up a crucial big for two smaller wing players?"

i was simply saying that i'd take Budinger over Wes, but i sure as heck wouldn't lose a big over him, no way.

(well, except Suckre, lol)

A trade would probably work under the CBA without Hill being included.

No idea why the Lakers would be interested in trading for role players with multiple years left on their contracts without getting some type of compensation from Minnesota.

If the Lakers were considered a true contender this season, then perhaps a trade with Minnesota would be more logical.

I think the reason why I think Minny might take on Nash is because he would be a great influence/mentor on Rubio's development and he's a good mentor for all the young guards Minny has...

I think we could see some potential trade happening between Minny/LA and perhaps a 3rd team.

Yeah... I saw it... very appealing trade for all parties involved.... that is why I'm not to concerned anyhow... Mitch and Co... have a plan in place.
