They don't even have the scrubs who got injured like Appling listed, or Jeremy Lin. So, the reality is even worse than that list.

There is a curse on this team since 2011. I have never seen anything like the bad luck we've had.

Kobe and Kelly are still on that list and Lin is missing; still not great but check the list... Lin and Clarkson should be back before the beginning of the season...

Kelly is still injured thanks to Scott's "hard practice" today. Kelly's right hamstring is now sore (left was 2 weeks ago).

I just saw that! I think the camp invites will need to
stay around just to have 8 half healthy players. Maybe
the league can make a special arrangement for the Lakers
only to have 18 players....

I remember reading an article that said the Lakers could be the worse team in the NBA other than the 76ers this season...if our roster keeps getting injured they might not be far off the mark.

Hopefully this isn't a prelude to a top 5 record in the lottery sweepstakes.

It's D'Antoni's fault. He's running the players into the ground with his offense. (bleep) this guy, let's fire him and get a new coach.

if we start the season off like 2-10 and everything just look/feels negative, i would not be surprised if Lakers do an all out tank this year. I mean, it might happen without actively trying to do it. Sheesh, Im just looking forward to the day Lakers are fully healthy.

Saw that, bummer. Was looking forward to seeing him tonight. Guess I'll still tune in but not enthusiasticly.

Dont these guys workout during the offseason? I mean the reason i get injured when i workout is because I have had a long layoff, with no physically activities whatsoever. How the hell are they all getting injured so fast? I mean Nash injured his back carrying bags for goodness sakes!!!!

Kelly with a sore right hamstring means his hamstring is not physically fit. He should have been doing lots of hamstring strengthening exercises.

I am pretty GD sick of all the injuries. It might be best to just erase the entire team and move to San Diego. The San Diego Lakers. Has a ring to it.

You can workout all you want, but there is nothing that can replicate an NBA game situation with NBA type players.

Ridy's Curse. This is what happens when you treat lifelong employees like crap (Rudy the equipment manager was fired in the shortened strike season to save a couple bucks.)

Dude, there were A LOT more people fired than just Rudy. I keep alluding back to this as well. Bad juju, karma... whatever you want to call it. The Lakers brass wanted to clean house and get rid of Phil and anything / anyone associated with him at that time. That was not the Laker way under Doc Buss... but there was a new sheriff in town.

Maybe the quality/quantity of people and resources they brought in to replace all those others is just lacking--- causing the players to be less cared for than they should be??? Vitti and Margaret Cho just don't seem to be up to task.
