Assuming he's did it all with the lakers than I would say yes!

Your opinion?

Hopefully he is our GM for another 20 years and wins us a boatload more titles and then this will only be a question of when rather than if.

I'd say his jersey, as long as it's mounted underneath his magic wand.

No just his pen, but unfortunately it's out of ink right now.

No. Not because I don't think he would not deserve it, but with the exception of Buss and Hearn, the Wall should be reserved for individuals who were great on the court. Let's not sully the wall with some Celtic-esque tribute; just because they retire anyone who wore the jersey and managed not to commit harakiri, doesn't mean we should

It will be weird seeing a light blue Hugo Boss dress shirt hanging from the rafters.

Mitch is basically an average GM who miraculously got lucky a bunch of times. Now that his luck has run out we're seeing just how unremarkable of a GM he is.

As it stands right now, Mitch does not deserve to go into the HOF as an executive. So let's worry about that first before we retire his jersey.

No we don't. But we aren't pessimists.

Thanks, I hadn't read anything really, really, really dumb yet today. I knew I could count on you.

Heh, Jerry West will somehow get him in, then claim he had nothing to do with it.

Not so much dumb as much as it is sheeplike.

It doesn't really matter whether fans feel it's fashionable to trash Mitch. What matters is that the people who deal with him respect him and his intelligence - and they do.
