Pike patty for dinner yesterday at a nice restaurant with lots of wine (which helped of course to make the restaurant nice).
Followed by pancakes at the hotel this morning. Glad to have this kind of surprise every now and then.

I am trying to close a purchase of a house right now and I'm highly annoyed that the seller will not promptly respond to our counters. This (bleep) seriously he believes he'll get $10K more than the comp that closed less than a month ago. And that comp was a house that didn't need any work.
