Why were Gareths group freaking out that bob was infected?
Surely they should have known that everyone is infected and that everyone turns when they die. Although they didn't seem to care when slitting peoples throats at the trough. Shouldn't they have been puncturing the brains of the people they were killing? Maybe hitting them in the head with the bat was enough but I figured that was just to knock them out. |
As a huge fan of the comics, seeing this scene made me giddy. And in the comics, it did kill them if I remeber correctly.
That they are bringing in scenes like this to the show is whats keeping me interested, even if the scene had absolutely zero effect on the course of the show other than to reveal bob had been bitten. |
The situation with Bob and the Hunters happens similarly in the comics except in the comics, Dale is still alive at this point in the story. I believe almost everything that happens to Bob from the time that he's captured happens to Dale as well in the comics. The biggest difference is that Rick's group hunts down the Hunters in the comics rather than setting a trap for them like they did in the show. In both cases, they end up massacring the Hunters. |

I'm sure that after killing enough people, they realized that everyone turned after dying unless their brains were destroyed.
The thing is... the part that turns you when you're bitten isn't the zombie virus. Everyone has that.
It's the disgusting bacterial infection that is associated with a rotting corpse biting you. |
I don't know, man. Isn't that just your own take? Sounds plausible, sure, but still.
What if a dude brushed his teeth, gargled with Listerine, and took a Tic-Tac just before drowning in an unreasonably chlorinated swimming pool and turned and bit you as you tried to junior life guard his ass?
I'll say it again. It was a mistake to have everyone already infected, plot wise.
I must say though, this season so far has been decent. Or maybe, the bar just seems higher compared to Z Nation on SyFy. |

Having everyone infected somewhat accounts for the huge numbers of zombies walking around, as people that died of hunger and diseases and old age turned into zombies subsequently. Still, though, I always thought there were too many zombies in that world. Consider that it's rare in the show for someone to be bitten and escape before turning later. Most people end up being eaten whole by a bunch of zombies as they can't escape. You'd think there would be fewer zombies because of that, as most people wouldn't even be capable to become zombies since they'd be eaten. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid! |

Just watched the last two episodes last night.
Well, Bob took a (bleep) beating on that last episode eh? Stuck it to the Terminus crowd good with the tainted meat though.
Rick and company went full arcade-caliber Mortal Kombat at the end there.
Show has definitely picked up well after the lull with the Governor. |

very dumb how nobody was on guard after leaving Terminus. They didnt put in that much walking distance away and they had to assume that there would be atleast a good sized amount of survivors from Terminus with revenge on their mind. |

So I am getting the feeling tonight's ep will be 98% Beth-centric. Hopefully it's decent because I'm not sure Beth's character is strong enough to carry an entire episode (or multiple episodes if they decide to stretch it out.) _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

Decent episode overall. Carol being checked into the hospital raises a few questions. |

Why can't they just break the episodes up into thirds and focus a bit on each group each week instead of a full episode on each group every 3 weeks? It makes the pacing seem so much slower that way, SMH. |

The ending w/ Darryl telling someone to come out ... gotta be the black kid Beth helped escape.
I agree w/the Carol Trojan Horse plan.
I am guessing Darryl and Carol ran into the black kid who told them about Beth. _________________ #11/08/16 America became GREAT again

Seems like they "save" dainty women to be used as concubines in a way. They "save" men and strong women for strength and work.
Beth was saved for the morale of the male officers.
I'm not sure why the doctor thinks that the cops would kill him if there was another doctor. Well, unless this doctor has been doing stuff to undermine them the whole time and has power tripping already. And the cops are looking for a way to not be dependent on him.
I think the doctor is probably the one that made that lady cop into such a heavy handed leader. He probably worked behind the scenes and framed people for things that forced her to take certain actions... like killing the last leader. For all we know, the previous guy in charge was good, just strict. But the doctor didn't get what he wanted so he manipulated the lady into thinking that the other leader had to be taken care of.
I'm sure things weight heavily on her conscience. That's why she snaps so easily. Whenever she starts lecturing someone, she's actually really trying to justify her actions to herself. But she doesn't even buy her own BS. |

His co-star from that show was the nerdy kid who died of the flu at the prison.
Can we expect to see more Everybody Hates Chris actors? Imagine Terry Crews! lol
Also... I checked out the IMDB page for Everybody Hates Chris. How messed up is it that the star of the show is listed 6th in the list of top billed cast? If you look on some mobile apps, he won't even show up without having to press an extra button to see "more cast". |
