bingo...100% right.

trading for lin without keeping the cap open for future transactions.
giving Swaggy P clown 4 yr deal. if they were so concerned why didnt they give him 2yr deal?

His contract comes off the books this upcoming summer so get things right before posting inaccurate nonsense

Still can't believe we passed on Isiah Thomas. He's played 39 minutes and scored 40 points on 22 FGA's so far this season.

I think the main reason they pick up Lin is to get the pick from Houston.

We should have kept D'Antoni. Then Lin would at least be entertaining to watch.

Sad reality is there was NOTHING else Mitch could do. NO one is dealing with the Lakers right now. There is no one that wants to rebuild with the Lakers right now.

The only way to turn this around in the immediate future is to build through the draft then sway a legit veteran when he see's that this team has talent.

so at least keep that cap space and don't pretend u r trying to win.

in 3.25mil we paid to boozer we would have got Farmar + Blake

For the total money we paid to lin we would be getting Stephenson + Isiah Thomas

These guys are going to be jettisoned anyway. It's just for marketing this season.

Supposedly Booz never got to see the fourth quarter on Tom's team, now I understand why. It's a miracle he can get off the bench.

One year rental to be a mentor to Randle, just too bad that Randle got injured first game into the season.

I love how people were so convinced that Lin needed a change of scenery. He lost his starting position to Patrick Beverley. If that wasn't a big enough indication that he was awful, I don't know what was.

Lin's cap hold is $8M. Doesn't matter what they're actually paying him. If we continue to suck, at least we keep our pick.
