76ers are a top flight tanking organization. Close game? Up by 3? Have your coach get a tech.

Don't know what is more naive. The NBA ignoring PED use by players like LBJ or the league saying "tanking doesn't exist".


There really needs to be some sort of penalty for a team like the 76ers for a team that is in the top 3 in the lottery for several years in a row. I mean come on this is f#*ken ridiculous.

Philly took care of any "penalty" for doing so by joining the other small market teams and getting teams like the Lakers to subsidize their tanking. They don't need to worry about the gate when they have profit sharing. Finances used to take care of a long drought like that, but this CBA has eliminated that as a penalty.

Okafor defense is so bad, doesn't contest shots or have much lift when he jumps. He'll be good offensively, but will need a defensive PF playing next to him.

Winslow has looked good, consistently getting to the rim and is playing great defense. Turner was good defensively as well.

Like I said, Houston countered the Laker defense by sitting two starters. And we still almost lost. That is how bad our defense is.

Okafor is probably a better version of Al Jefferson, which is still good. Winslow has been pretty impressive.
