Young will be a nice piece going forward. Hopefully shows continued maturing on the court.

Yes, we need definitely need a one-dimensional journeyman who gave himself his own nickname. He is emblematic of this dying franchise.

Puncher's chance every night. On some nights, you swing for the fences and end up with a veto.

Maybe he means that Swaggy P will engage in witty repartee with Snoop.

I think Nick should start in the 3rd quarter.

I think having him and Kobe in to start the 3rd can give us more momentum starting the second half. Then you can take Nick out with 6 min left. Kobe out to start the 4th.

I feel that there needs to be more Swaggy discussion versus all the other threads we have going back and forth around here.

I mean, like Kobe, his FG% is at a career low because of Byron iso ball. Like Lin, he only gets 20 min a game playing behind a minimum contract player who's not particular good at anything. And he's at least as important to this team as Davis, Boozer, Hill etc.

i agree he is one of the most entertaining players on the team and always gives a great interview. i really feel the 2nd unit is more enjoyable to watch than the 1st.

I think it's hilarious how some Laker fans have embraced Nick Young as the face of this franchise. The guy couldn't even make the Clippers squad.

No Lakers fan considered Nick Young the face of the franchise.

Dude is a straight up clown. He compared himself to Matt Kemp today. Kemp is an all-star, a gold glover, and came through the Dodgers system. Young is a one-dimensional journeyman at best who gave himself his own nickname. He's the black Sasha Vujacic.

Sasha couldn't get his own shot. Played well in practice and never produced in the games and had his minutes cut severely after the Lakers gave him a big contract, was replaced by Shannon Brown on the pecking order.

Nick Young is nothing like Vujachic.

He is better than Sasha in almost every single facet of the game.

Except in passing, rebounding and defense.
