just as I thought... Rockets could not hit their open 3s... Dallas did... result, a blowout loss.

Lin has been WIDE OPEN for 3 pointers and Kobe refuses to pass it to him. Lin is the team's best 3 point shooter at 41%. Scott should be scheming plays to get Lin open looks for 3, instead we see Kobe taking contested long jumpers which he's missing. Is that coaching? |

Lakers 5-13 on 3s. Dallas 18-35. Same trend against the really good teams like Spurs and Mavs.

The league is shooting 41.8% on 3 pointers against us, on the 2nd most attempts. If you give NBA players wide open looks, they're gonna knock them down, AND take that extra point while they're at it.
Laughably bad coaching. |
