Don't you mean Utah player? That might be the funniest play I've ever seen.
He was thinking of what his TD celebration was gonna be. LOL, what an idiot. _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same."
After seeing Florida fail to put away South Carolina on Saturday, Will Muschamp will no longer be in charge of turning things around in Gainesville. Sports Illustrated is reporting Sunday morning the head coach of the Gators has been dismissed. A national search for a new head coach at Florida will be underway. Muschamp will reportedly coach the final two games of the season, according to Brett McMurphy of ESPN.com.
It started to look as though Muschamp was going to have enough of a case to return for the 2015 season after Florida escaped Tennessee with a win and after upsetting Georgia in Jacksonville. The writing may have been on the wall, and letting one slip away to South Carolina was the final straw.
In four years as head coach Florida, Muschamp was 27-20. The Gators went to and won the Gator Bowl in Muschamp’s first season in Gainesville taking over for Urban Meyer. The downfall of the program began the following season after going 11-1 before being blow out by Louisville in the Sugar Bowl. Florida went 4-8 in 2013 and is now looking at a likely .500 season in 2014.
Florida will be one of the top jobs available on the coaching carousel, and the program should be able to attract some worthy candidates for the job. Dan Mullen of Mississippi State remains one of the more popular names on the Florida fans’ wish list, and for good reason. Despite a loss to Alabama, Mullen has shown an ability to build a program that can compete for the SEC title. Mullen is also a former Florida assistant, so his familiarity with the program makes him a solid candidate for the job. Other former Florida assistants include Charlie Strong (Texas) and Steve Addazio (Boston College). Strong is probably off the table, but Addazio would be interesting. Addazio also left Florida on a bit of a sour note it seemed, at least in the eyes of some.
Muschamp is very likely to be working next season, although the likely path will be as a defensive coordinator.

I heard some interesting information regarding today's UCLA-USC game. At first UCLA was favored by 3 but the line moved up to 4 and then 5. However, over 70% of the public bets were on USC. Why did the line move up for UCLA? The big and smart bettors were betting on UCLA, while the general public was betting on USC. It would be nice to be able to get more inside information like that on other games. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.
UCLA not looking too impressive the past 2 games. DEF is a bit weak and the O-Line isn't looking good either.
USC should be able to beat them. If not, they have some real mental weaknesses.
USC was looking real mentally weak out there tonight.
They're usually mentally weak. But the fact is, they just got beat by a better team. Plain and simple.
Yeah, that Kessler is not worth a darn. O-line giving terrible protection. And the offense is too predictable, with too many short passes. They rarely throw it down the field. Everything is a screen pass on the edge, or a roll out with short drags going across the field. Then when they get down and are forced to throw the long ball, they have no practice with it, Kessler just scrambles around and takes a sack; can't even throw the ball away.
USC over the last few years must be the most over-hyped team in college football. Every year people go on about how good they're gonna be, and every year they're too weak to deliver the goods.

Kessler coming into the game only had 3 INTs and almost a 70% passing completion, and he's not worth a damn? You must be kidding. usc has terrific athletes on the team, future first rounders, but they were facing a far better team with the best player on the field in Brett Hundley.

He throws screen passes all game. Thats why he throws 70%.

The media was really overrating them coming into the game. I said a while ago that they looked like they were headed for 4-5 losses this season. I don't like the offense or the defense. There is a reason why they never put together a big winning streak this season. They are not good. They will win 2-3 in a row, people will start to believe in them, and then they will lose a game.

The offense doesn't have any explosiveness. I rarely see them make big plays. It's also very inconsistent. Occasionally they look great but they also can go for long stretches that look really bad.

His stats are probably inflated somewhat after the blowout wins against Fresno State, Colorado and WSU. USC tore up some really bad defenses, which is a good thing, but the offense has looked much worse in the other games. The offense disappeared in the second half in the games against Cal and UCLA. They didn't even do much in the first half against UCLA (just 7 points).

Sad times for USC, bet they wish they still had Pete Caroll instead of his crappy assistants.
i wouldnt say that.. USC just started with sark i think next year they'll have more weapons at their disposal, you cant expect them to be amazing right off the bat. UCLA (neutral fan here, didnt go to either school) is a team going in a different direction and besides that, they wont contend for a championship either, oregon is a monster team and if the pac-12 conference game is in eugene then ucla has no chance and has to hope oregon misses the team bus. ACC/SEC conference teams are built to win championships _________________ Indianapolis Colts

Sark needs a few years to get the recruits he wants and to get them familiar with his style. He got thrown into a program that had been recruiting for a pro style offense. The main piece will be a QB who is a proper running threat.

i agree, the problem is in college they have less time to develop than they do in pro. UCLA got really lucky with Hundley, he is as versatile as it gets but hard to tell whether or not his game will transition well enough, usually its either your in or your not right away (remember im a netural fan so if you take any ucla/usc talk offensively dont take it the wrong way) _________________ Indianapolis Colts
