I used to rude the green line light rail. They need to remove that seat cushion. I don't know if the ever clean it, dirty as hell. You sit in the same chair as the homeless people. Last time I used it was years ago, they installed turnstile but never activated it. So anyone can still use it. Homeless people come in and just sleep in it.
The main thing is put turnstiles and keep the none paying elements out.
