Hey all, I don't know if anyone remembers but a few weeks ago I asked about drug testing through hair follices. I got a new job and it was contigent upon me passing my background check and drug test, through hair sample. Everyone in here pretty much said I was screwed since the last time I smoked was a few weeks prior to the drug test. They called me today and said everything was clear and that I got the job. When they told me, I was like, "Really? Wow." And the lady was like "You sound surprised." Then I went speechless for about 5 seconds and asked her when I would start. That was that. Anyway, I was really surprised at this. Everyone said that marijuana can be detected within the hair follicles for up to 6 months or so on average. I have no clue on how I passed it, it's crazy.

| Maybe they were bluffing because they know those tests are potheads' kryptonite. They might have not even tested you, just attempting to "weed" out the smokers. Good luck to you on your new job. |

Agreed unless there was something you did to cover it up that you think worked. If that's the case, you gotta start actively selling whatever that was. |
