I know a lot of crap was talked about Kobe and his shooting % that game but he seemed to be around to hit a big shot when they needed it. I forgot all about Sasha hitting those two FT's at the end. Talk about pressure.

I was on the edge of my seat just watching the replay. I remember that game so vividly. One of the best lakers game.

During that season, every time Sasha shot a 3, my friend and I would scream SAASHHAAAAAAAAAAA!!

I remember when he got fouled.... We both stood up and screamed at the top of our lungs. Lol!!

we were harsh on ron during his laker years, but this game alone makes up for everything he did on the court afterwards. when the pressure was as high as it can get, he delivered. big time

Simmons was live blogging the whole game with one hand massaging his crotch while Kobe was off to his slow shooting start. Not only were the Lakers trailing, but Kobe was struggling. He was gloating, calling it his best day ever and then he just progressively lost it as the Lakers turned it around. Just to see how his life was totally ruined at that moment was fun.

I had this game saved on my DVR for 2 years until we upgraded boxes. I watched it frequently. That defense was absolutely phenomenal. Boston was close, but still had a look on their faces like "We're going to lose this".
