He plays one of the good guys in FX's The Strain. But yeah seems like a bad guy on this one. |

Finally caught up on season 3 so far.
Only the finale left!
I am disappointed in Ragnarr! _________________ Kobe |

I think we all know what eventually happens to Ragnar. It's a testament to the show's quality that despite everything pretty much being spoiled centuries ago, it's still compelling. |
I only know the very end and what follows shortly after.
Know nothing about the journey there (purposefully have avoid the wikipedia page!), so the baptising was unexpected for me.
Btw, at the top of the page we were discussing the wanderer. Guess he wasn't actually evil after all? _________________ Kobe |

Yeah, they have some interesting leeway given that most people have never studied Viking literature, mythology, and history (Scandinavian 138 pretty much spoiled the whole series for me). _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif

Brilliant play by Ragnar. Play dead, have your generals relay their deepest thoughts to you so that you can rat out the unfaithful ones, kill the Christian priest in front of your men so that there's no doubt in their minds that you've converted and then open the gates to Paris to raid.
Floki ... I do not envy the position you are in. Rollo, spitting mad game. |

Man I loved Floki, but looks like he'll die. But Ragnarr is still a bad ass!
However, I am not fully convinced he has not embraced Christianity. He really seems to have committed 100% to his priest bromance.

Well she was eyeballing the heck out of him during the battle a few episodes ago. A part of her wants it.

Hadn't even thought about that! Wow
Something else I noticed this episode was how Bjorn's gestures are so similar to Ragnar, and he physically looks a lot like him as well. Amazing casting, and amazing acting.
Sucks that the season is over because we have to wait now for the next one, but boy am I enjoying this show! _________________ Kobe |

This season is filled with bat-(bleep) crazy women. First Kwenthrith enjoys peeing on people and (bleep) everything that moves, Porunn goes emo, Aslaug gets it on with a stranger, Siggy just drowns, Judith has an affair with her father-in-law who only stopped mutilating her because her son is Athelstan's, and even Lagertha beds her usurper. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif
