definitely has my vote for this year's MVP. _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. If westbrook doesn't get MVP it'll remind me of those years Kobe deserved MVP but Nash and other guys got them. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better”
I am a Laker fan first and foremost, but the kid from Leuzinger HS and UCLA is for real. I am a big fan of this guy, I love his fire and competitive drive, not to mention his freakish athletic ability.
After this run, there is no way OKC allows him to get away, but if he ever becomes a free agent, the Lakers need to pull out all the stops.

I'd frankly be pissed as hell if Westbrook did win MVP, considering that Kobe was passed over those years when his team wasn't elite. At least these chump MVP voters need to keep it consistent. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

If your goal is to watch a player completely dominate the ball, ice his team mates and make his team no better than a .500 team, Westbrook is your man.
But it's not really an mvp type
It's not even like they're a low talent team, Durant carried a slightly less talented team without Westbrook to a .700 record. _________________ I believe everything the media tells me except for anything for which I have direct personal knowledge, which they always get wrong

The NBA wants a new start and Silver saw Gold at the All star game.
the lobby is there and if the Thunder make the playoff he'll be there up for MVP consideration.
If the he surpasses Harden in the scoring leadership, it's him and Curry. _________________ -----------------------------------------------------

If they gave the MVP award in January, no one would have put Westbrook in consideration. But they don't give out the MVP in January, and they don't give in out in early March.
We still have about a quarter of the season to play -- lots of time for players and teams to have hot and cold streaks.

Was Westbrook more athletic before he injured his meniscus against the Rockets a couple of years ago? Or did it have no effect on him? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
Woke up to Mike and Mike this morning and they were saying during the last six games since Westbrook has been on a terror with the 5 triple-doubles, he was a minus 34, which is true, and though I forget what they had when he was off, I calculate the team was +36. Oh and the team was 3-3. This is a small sample but adds to the picture and goes to the point to which stats or analytics do you use, and with what weight. _________________ "A metronome keeps time by using a Ringo"

Yeah. With a worse lineup last year (Enis Kantner >>>>> Perkins), Durant on his own had OKC rolling teams. They were 20-7 during the big stretch when he was out.
