I'm impressed at what Steve Kerr has done with the Warriors and Curry's rise to an MVP type player. They're my backup team this year for the playoffs. _________________

I don't want Pau to win anything without Kobe.
Why?
If Pau wins without Kobe, it will be used to discredit Kobe's last two titles. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

If Pau wins without Kobe, it will serve as a lesson to the front office . They treated him pretty shabbily, IMO, bringing in a coach who was completely clueless as to how to use him, and continually trying to trade him.
It might serve as a lesson to all those Lakers fans who wanted him gone.
Be careful what you wish for.
That said, I will be rooting for the Warriors.
And in the first round, I'll be rooting for the Spurs. _________________ I would rather have questions I cannot answer than answers I cannot question - Richard Feynman

The front office's mistake was not getting anything for Pau when we could.
We had already seen the best of Pau after he fell of a cliff after 2010.
He had declined long before MDA was hired.
He's still a very solid player, but he's not an elite big man anymore.
A declining Kobe and Pau just wasn't good enough anymore.
If the Bulls win it all it'll because Rose and Noah regained their form pre-injury.
Bulls hitting all cylinders represents the team that has the best shot at knocking off the Boasts. I suppose if the Wiz can get things together, they'd have a dark horse shot with that size and talent. Wiz can probably use improvement in the head coaching area too.
Boasts are lucky to have Mozgov, a move that was the real game changer for them, similar to when the Pistons acquired Sheed. It has that kind of potential. _________________ Smrek 2, Nevitt 1, Barkley 0
