He made that buzzer beater.
The next game, he made practically another, but horford ruined it.
In this one, he is a few hundredths of a second off for the tying buzzer.

whoa.
not a huge fan of pierce but dude has been amazing this postseason, both on and off the court. from his repeated trolling of toronto, calling out everyone on the nets, "i called game!" and then actually backing up all of his trash talk with legitimate production on the court. i think hawks-cavs will be more competitive but am actually bummed to see pierce's out of the postseason story.

I actually wanted to see it count and the Wizards win this series just because I thought it would have been an amazing storyline for a former Celtic legend to help the Wizards reach the finals. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
The series turned on those final possessions. The Wizards could've won the series if it had gone the other way. Without his playoff experience I'm not even sure the Wizards go far in the postseason considering John Wall was hurt.

The Wizards won that closeout game by a fingertip. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Pierce has always been a clutch player. Hated him in Boston, but cant deny that the guy is cold-blooded.
Pierce was a nightmare for the Lakers in the 2008 series, especially with his "wheelchair" act. Luckily the Lakers got Ron Artest in 2010, otherwise could have been a different story.
