IMO trading the pick would be fast tracking. That mode is not settling. It's a constantly changing process.
I'm all for doing what I see now, building a team for the future. I'm not a win now fan. I'd rather win tomorrow and the day after.
We going from one of the oldest teams in the league to one of the youngest. Jim, Mitch and Jeannie may be smarter than they're being credit for.

| Like others have said, impossible to say right now. How we do in free agency, realistically, can be the difference between 50 wins and a playoff berth and a 30 win season. |
