Why?
The 49ers are no longer the class of the NFC West; Seattle is.
Stanford never could make it to the BCS National Championship Game.
The Warriors' WCF appearance is only their first since the 70s. This Lakers fan isn't impressed.
The Sharks… |

49ers usually always in contention and there's two squads up there. LA has zero. Might change soon.
Like SC is really doing big things right now.
Warriors? Hell, to show you bad it is, Lakers fans are celebrating like the 80s over Clipper eliminations and number two picks. LOL
Kings are our only saving grace and possibly 15 miles down the road with the Ducks if you're an Anaheim fan.
Three baseball titles in five years > no baseball titles since 88 and might get another one of the Dubs handle business. |

Give me a break. Stop being a prisoner of the moment.
5 titles, 7 Finals appearances in 10 years > The entire history of the Warriors franchise
I'll gladly root for the Warriors over that douche LeBron. |

And stop being a prisoner of the past. When things aren't up to snuff, point to the past. It's 2015 and 1/2. |

I'm not being a prisoner of the past (that's for Celtics fans ). I'm telling you right now that, as of today, the scoreboard reads heavily in LA's favor to the tune of 16-3, Golden State having scored the last 3 runs. We're now in the 8th inning and Golden State is batting with the bases loaded and 0 outs.
The point? It's way too late for Golden State to start rallying; they could hit a grand slam and they'd still be behind 16-7. Who gives a (bleep) if they're in a better situation at the moment? It doesn't even begin to make up for decades of futility. The past comes with the territory, and in the case of the Lakers, one doesn't even have to go that far back in time to when the situations were in reverse. But since many Warriors fans started following the team recently, this might not mean much.
If you feel "pissed off" and jealous at this cute little run they're having, go ahead. I personally don't give a (bleep) who wins, just as long as it's not LeDouche. |

No problemo. Just take your last sentence and change it to the Dubs instead of LeBron. And in October, replace that with the Giants. |

I do wonder about his attitude and dedication to the craft. He's been absolutely underwhelming. |

From Peter Gammons.
Quote: | I’ve had executives tell me that come July, L.A. may be able to get Hamels with a package that includes infielder Kike Hernandez, pitchers Zach Lee and Chris Anderson and 19-year-old catcher Julian Leon, whom several teams have gone to watch with the Great Lakes Loons. If they cannot get Hamels, they will at least talk about Scott Kazmir and Mike Leake, with a stopgap deal in the meantime. |

Only one problem. You're dealing with a (bleep) like Amaro. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif

We don't need Hamels. We have Bolsinger. Bolsinger for Trout. Who says no? |

Joc blasts his 12th of the season, he's on pace for a pretty decent rookie year.
He should top Puig's rookie year stats (19 HR / 42 RBI). Hopefully Puig comes back soon, if he comes back and performs like he can it'll be a nice boost, although the other OFs have done well in his absence. _________________ Lakers, Chargers, Dodgers, Arsenal FC.

Meh - I have no issues with the Niners or Warriors. As long as it's not the Giants, good for them. |
