Based on reports the Wizards are looking to move Nene to clear up cap space to sign David west. Thoughts on picking up Nene in a trade for Ryan Kelly (include sacre if we can scam them into taking him). This should also leave room to make a run at Tobias Harris. Harris is the best remaining free agent we have a shot at and would be a great asset to trade if need be.

Also, who seems to be gaining more leverage during the free agent period, the Kings or Lakers. Lakers are swinging and missing on free agents so the Kings know the Lakers are desperate for a trade. The Kings however can't get any free agents to sign with players taking less money to avoid going to Sacramento. At least the Lakers can stay put and let their youth develop. The Kings on the other hand, are going to be stuck with a 9-12 seed team in the west with a star player and nothing to go with him, stuck in the worst position you can be as a franchise.

I would consider acquiring one player from each list to be a successful offseason:

Bigs: Nene*, Koufos, Kanter, Lee*, Hibbert*
SFs: Harris, Deng*, G. Green, Brewer, McDaniels (and to a lesser extent Dorell Wright)

(* via trade)

There are still many options as you can see. They just need to know when to give up the LMA chase.
