Clippers are going to get Mcgee who is the closest to DJ. If Doc can turn DJ from a bust to a max players, imagine what he will do for Mcgee who has more upside than DJ.
With Pierce and Stephenson, the Clippers are even better than last year. |
I actually did laugh out loud at this absurdity. |
Why? DJ was a bust before Doc came along. Clippers fans wanted him gone. Doc changes his game. In 2013, DJ and McGee had same stat.
DJ can't be good if Clippers fans wanted him gone. I wanted him gone because he was a bust like McGee is right now. You don't watch Clippers games to know how much DJ suck before Doc came along. |
Kobe Bryant has played in more games over the last two years than Javale McGee has. Think about that for a minute. Jordan hasn't missed a single game.
The only thing that Doc did was play him more. Outside of his rebounding numbers, his Per 36 stats are the same as they were before Doc came around. Jordan sets tremendous screens and finishes everything around the rim. Just listen to JJ Redick talk about how his loss will effect the team. He just had one of the best rebounding seasons in NBA history, grabbing 24.47% of all available rebounds. Only Dennis Rodman (6 times) and Reggie Evans (once) have had a better rebounding season in the last 40 years.
Javale McGee, OTOH, has never grabbed more than 17.7% of available rebounds in a season, and is functionally stunted. Just because they're both tall and athletic doesn't mean that they're the same type of player. |

Must be photoshopped....how could Paul be on a banana when he was on Ballmer's plane flying to Houston to recruit Jordan?
These basketball kids don't know, but watch out for those chairs around Ballmer...Bobby Knight got nothing on him! |

Plus they just sign Josh Smith as FA from Houston... Gonna be a big turn around for them for sure... They are back on track as contenders on the west... |
