Good time to bump this in the hopes someone besides me is still positive/optimistic about our Lakers.
Black is a strong beast that will only get better with more play time.....glad he's getting that now.
JC doing way better than anyone could've imagined this soon and I read Nash is working with him every week.
Brown has been brought in for at least 10 days....can't wait to see him get playtime (hopefully Thursday).
Ed Davis has been solid.....hope he stays here for a good price.
Randle is on his way back. Has spent his time off studying the game and changing his diet to more healthy and instead of putting on weight like most players during off time...he's lost weight. He has no soreness in his foot or leg and is back on the floor for non contact activities. Him and JC will be working with Kobe this summer. |

Lakers are still 4th worst record with an 83% chance to get a top 5 draft pick. My advice is to stay away from the tank thread right after the Lakers win a game. Stay positive and keep the faith!

Bunch of panicky people around here 
We got a real steal in Randle and now it looks like Clarkson is perhaps an even bigger steal!!! So, we actually got two "first rounders" this past year. We will get another good one this next year and we will have salary cap room to bring in great free agents.
On top of all that, BS has shown good coaching getting this depleted roster to play good defense and tough games day in and day out.
I'm pumped for next year!!!

Our mostly new group of players make this season sooo exciting to me....I can't wait!!

Its pretty easy for me to be positive because I'm not afraid to use the one word the Lakers, Mitch, most on this board, and everyone else refuses to use: rebuilding.
