After we waved him, I saw that he was still around the team and working out at the facility. Is he still a possiblity as a backup wing? Do fans still want him? Could he help this team? |

Training camp invite sure. He'll really have to wow us for anything after that, tho
He's an improvement over Wayne Ellington and Jabari Brown, for sure. But not over Lou Williams or Nick Young, so there won't be a lot of minutes _________________ Kobe |

on the bright side, he can play some SF, unlike those 2 names that you mentioned |

Dude is a good guy but he can't stay healthy for blank!

No. Xavier Henry absolutely sucks. To top it off, he can't stay healthy.
This would be like owning a Pontiac Aztec that is constantly in the repair shop. |

That's a bit of an exaggeration, but it speaks to the overall improvement in our roster this year that there may not be a spot for him. _________________ Not a legend |

He was just below average at nearly everything.
There isn't a spot for him because he wasn't offered one. We could have signed him at some point. And we even needed a 3. He's just not good enough nor can he stay healthy. |

Not confident about his ability to play under Byron. Whether it was injury or inability to play under Byron's system, he sucked before being cut last season. |

Trash? I know his injuries caught up to him quickly in the league, but I remember seeing some maturity, and flashes of talent in his game.
He was a lottery pick, McDonald's all-american, and All Big 12 for KS as a freshman.
It's a what have you done for me lately league for sure, but he has tremendous upside, but the injuries are the big ? now. If he can heal both physically and mentally, he could contribute. Hope he gets a camp invite, hope he can excel. I'm not expecting a lot, but I would love to be surprised. We could use someone to burn 8 mins or so at SF. _________________ Magic*Kobe*LBJ*AD*Cap |

What have you done for me lately?
X hasn't done anything, for anyone, since he joined the NBA.
With the exception of his ability to jump high (when healthy), what basketball skill did you think he was great at?
The upside story is no longer in play for X. You get a maximum of 4 seasons to realize your potential. If you haven't realized it and broken out by then, it's a virtual guarantee that you never will in this league. |

I like what i saw from his lmited playing time. Before he was even with the lakers he was injury prone on the grizz... The guy just cant be relied on to stay healthy. _________________ Pain is temporary, at the end of pain is success... |

I liked his ability to go to the rack strong, he played in control (at times), some exciting finishes, and couple of games where he displayed a decent stroke (not often enough obviously).
Thought he had a little Harden in his game. I never argued that he was ever great, just that if he hadn't had the injuries (wishes and fishes) he was a strong SG, and an athletic and quick SF.
The game is as much mental as anything, so maybe he never could put it together, but calling a person trash maybe means something different to me. _________________ Magic*Kobe*LBJ*AD*Cap |

Couldn't stay healthy because he played reckless. Had potential but didn't play smart at all.
maybe the nfl would've better suited him. |

Sure, he went to the rack strong but his finishing was awful. His FG% on shots close to the basket is worse than most point guards.
That should never, ever happen for a small forward. |
