Get Wiggins out to LA in a few years thanks to Sacre's "recruitment." _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

What if he gets injured and isn't ready to help the Lakers at the start of the season? |

The level of hate that a solid, professional, hard working, good teammate, third stringer gets baffles me at times. |

We have Lakers fans already hating our #2 pick...who hasn't played a single NBA minute. Par for the course. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Agreed, I always see so much hate spewed toward big Rob, when he really hasn't done anything to be a detriment to the team. Is he a great player? Not at all, but does he do what is asked of him while being a great teammate? Hell yeah. |

Sacre is not a solid player, he is one of the worst in the NBA and most certainly a D-League talent that has stayed in the NBA pretty much so Mitch doesn't have to look for other cheap big bodies. He's also played pretty heavy minutes the past few seasons, not third stringer minutes (due to D'Antoni and Scott straight up tanking), so Laker fans have gotten to see what he brings to the table (and it's an obvious negative).
That said, congrats to him. He is a nice guy. |

Last year Sacre was one of the leaders of the Lakers in +/- department. But, by all means, don't let the numbers distract you.
I'm happy he fought himself to the Canadian team. Hopefully a next step in the progress and sign of yet another offseason when Sacre improved his game. _________________ .

You should look at Sacre's stats, both conventional and advanced, before you quote such a ridiculous stat as +/- as your support (hint - they are all near the bottom of the roster - PER, VORP, win shares, BPM, you name it) |

The metrics that you're citing all rely heavily on box score stats. Really not of much use in evaluating a guy whose primary value is defending and otherwise staying out of the way. |

Sacre is not flashy. Hence no fan support. _________________ .

Auditioning for "Dancing with the Stars" would improve his stock considerably. |

Wow, a third string guy's metrics are near the bottom of the roster? Hint: third string is at the bottom of the roster... |
