Now you can see why I was open to trading Urias for David Price. UGH!!!!! |
For all the FO's faults and my disagreements with them, I'm glad and still glad they didn't do the knee-jerk move in trading Urias for Price. |
especially since Price is a FA _________________ "Rome wasn't built in a day" |

Yep. Can always try for Price next year as a fallback if Greinke leaves or even a 3rd guy if they feel like it. And then have a guy being compared to Kershaw waiting in the wings with Urias for cheap. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif

I really hope Grienke doesn't leave, he is a tremendous duo with Kershaw.
His performance overall as a Dodger has way surpassed my expectations, he has been terrific. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

This trade would be right up there with Pedro for Delino had we done it. HORRIBLE IDEA. We can back up a Brinks truck to Price's house this offseason AND keep Urias. |

Another concern is the Dodgers are not a good road team this year. Their record is 28-37 (9 games under .500). Pretty weak for a playoff contender. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

High pitch count for both pitchers. Best bullpen wins. Advantage Padres. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

there must be someone on the New York replay team who bet against the Dodgers. These past 2 days have been ridiculous. I'm not one to get emotional about these sort of things and never claim things are rigged, but I don't know how replay can be so bad. |

A Madre fan sent me this. |
would still do it. no question. A few guys have hit a slump, but where would this team be without Joc and Grandal? probably behind the Giants. The trade also brought Rollins who has improved after a very slow start.

2nd game without Ethier. That foul ball off his knee against the Giants could be bothering him. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

If they rule Utley wasn't close to second it was only because Gyorko was basically in RF. |

I still think it should be 2. The review on the second home run definitely wasn't definitive enough to overturn. |
