I don't know if it is a coincidence or something associated with LG ads, but twice this morning while navigating LG I got redirected to a page that said my Flash Player was out of date (it's not) and asked if I wanted to install (it was clearly not an legit Flash message). I closed the page, but it downloaded an installer anyway (which I promptly deleted).
Just thought I'd mention it in case there is something trying to get through LG. |

It's definitely related to something at LG. It has now happened 4 times - 3 with Flash and just now with a notification to upgrade my Safari. I have never seen such a message except for the 4 times here at LG.
Here's the first part of the URL in case the staff wants to investigate:

Yeah, I'm getting a popup that tells me about malware and directs me to "network administrator". There is some bad stuff in our ad package IMO. |

Weird. Let me see if I can track this down. Let me know what ads you see at the top and bottom of the page when you get this if possible. |

Can't really do that because the popup won't let you do anything. I have to hard close my browser to get rid of it.
FWIW, the mobile version of the ads is horrible. Pops up an ad at the bottom of the screen with every click. |

I turned off an entire ad network to see if the problem is there. Let me know if anything occurs. I'd probably give it a little while, although I think these changes should occur pretty quickly. So let me know if you have any issues.
24 - We need to redo our whole site for mobile, which we should do a bunch of other things in the upgrade process. We're long over due there. |

I haven't had it happen for a couple of days now, but I will let you know if there are more issues.
Thanks DB. |
