I like listening to him because I think he is hilarious. As far as sports analysis...he doesn't do any....his show is geared towards poking fun at athletes.....or calling them "Incredible" or (Surname) "Freaking" (Last name) whenever they do something spectacular.

I happened to catch him the other day...and he was talking about some dude who went #2 on the side of the road and subsequently got arrested. What I found hilarious was Rome's metaphor....he refered to it as "throwing mud on the side of the road."

He is entertaining and gets athletes to say something besides "I'm giving a 110% effort out there."

Rome's shtick is tired. He's had the same act for as long as I can remember. Phil Hendrie did an excellent spoof on Rome. It was vintage Phil.
