Happy Holidays! I'm taking the holiday off. Post your thoughts here. A 19-2 run by the bench in the fourth, led by Russell and Randle cut a big lead down to just 11 with just under 7 minutes left. They trimmed it to 9. Then 7 with 4 minutes left.

Props to the Bass, Randle, Young, Russell, Huertas unit to make things interesting in the fourth.

Offensively, it looked like pickup ball out there (maybe worse) for the first three quarters. The sets were just awful.

To start the game, Hibbert opened things with the first 8 points, I believe. Then went back to sleep. Just when you think we may have an idea on how to use him and the kind of spacing needed, then it seems like it was maybe a fluke.

Good start to the game by Russell in his first stint shortly after that, hitting several shots. But his minutes were limited early on while the Lakers were still in the game. Nice rejection on Crawford later and he helped the team chip back into it in the fourth. I liked his pace in that quarter.

A brief flurry by Kobe early in the game, but he let the young guys try to finish the comeback attempt and sat the fourth.

Three jumpers in a row by Nance in one stretch and some nice D on Blake.

Randle was quiet until garbage time, then several hoops including a long three straight away. We actually seemed to set up a second one of those out of a timeout in a crucial stretch late.

Team freethrow shooting...wow. Possibly the difference.

Russell great.

Randle ugly then good.

Lou sucks

Young sucks

Kobe was okay

Hibbert good then Very very bad.

Clarkson continues his slide

Nance bad then good

Bass was pretty good

Huertas gave us a couple moments

Scott still sucks most of all, as he always does.

Russell showed some promise. Randle's shot is just BROKEN! Clarkson couldnt hold the ball. He shot one brick that looked like it was shot out of a cannon, damn near cracked the backboard. Huertas slowed things down and it was effective, unfortunately he is not NBA talent. Hibbert is just pathetic all around. Reminds me of 7 footers from 70s and 80s, who made the NBA because they were tall. Kobe had one strectch and otherwise was just chucking...Nick Young is a useless chucker! Bass with some of his best moments and then the 18 footer that went 12 during the run, ouch! Nance tries , but his shot is broken too. Is Tracy Murray spending anytime with these guys? Top to bottom, with Philly maybe the exception, this is the worst franchise in the league. Ownership, GM with no power, coach, personnel, style of play, offense, defense, all atrocious. They dont play hard or hustle to boot, and overall bball IQ is lacking. Sad, Sad, Sad!

Is Gasoft still banned?

Edit

I guess not. Thanks mods.

Free throws probably could have been the difference. Need to start making them.

Happy Holidays DB!!

Enjoy these days with your loved ones

The fourth quarter displayed the potential of this group of young Lakers will win a ring before this version of the Clippers

The "Fight" and the "Collapse" mentality were in full display
