This guy looks like Tracy Morgan's illegitimate son:

Heh, 17. Does that mean he wants us to call him the Little Diesel/Aristotle/Moses? |

It probably has to do w/ his age at the time he was drafted. _________________ We need to stop being fake in here. If these deals don't go down Emplay is going to catch heat.

I was just thinking that.
His choice of 17 is OBVIOUSLY an homage to the late great Rick Fox. _________________ Lakers |

17 means one thing and one thing only: this kid will help us finally pass the Celtics with 17 titles. They're sitting on 16 currently. It's odd cause when three years ago Phil said that Buss told him he'd like to at least tie the Celtics while he's alive - and Phil got a chuckle out of it, and said he'd like to see it happen as coach. That was before he was let go, though. Now he's back and Bynum chooses 17 on his aunts urging - weird. _________________ "i was born down in the valley where the sun refused to shine, but i'm climbin' up to the highlands, goin' to make that mountain mine" ~ Lakers, 2011 |

Remember why Jordan chose number 23? People told him he wasn't half as good as his brother, number 45. |

He chose number 17 because his head and his belly are both half the size of Shaq's. _________________ I got a fever....and the only prescription is more cowbell.

Fox chose 17 because he was going to win a championship before the Celts won their 17th. |

Um...17 = how old he is. The youngest player ever drafted. _________________ *Warning: The preceding post may have contained sarcasm and/or irony.

Actually, it's not that funny. Jordan took 23 because he couldn't take 22.5. He rounded up.

17 is a good option and I don't think he should have taken 34. Hmm… you didn't give us that choice. No vote. |
