Somewhere in the 40-50 wins area.

I think 45 wins if the two rookies are in the running for ROTY, Kobe stays healthy, Hibbert has a career year, we have very good team chemistry guys, should be a interesting race for the playoffs

Well If kobe and roy are back to 2013 status. The young guns come out gang busters, and the sixth man plays like it. 55 wins but the west is so talented and everything has to go right. I cant imagine everything going right so id say 42 wins.

*Edit for optimism*

Around 20-25. We'll be relying on a bunch of young guys and an old broke down Kobe.

We won 21 last season while trying to lose, we could have won closer to 30 if we were trying to win. I don't see this team doing worse with the vets we added.

I think some people are underestimating the effect Lin and Ed Davis had on the floor for us last year. I agree we were trying to lose last year but the player's weren't and I don't necessarily think this year's roster is as good as last year. Brandon Bass is a decent addition but he's no Davis. Lou Williams is no Lin. I'm gonna give Hibbert a chance before judging. So I would guess similar record to last year given that we have less to tank for (worst record not necessarily guarenteeing a pick) so I think we will see less "experimental" lineups lol probably 25ish wins

You think Lin is better than Williams?

+1?

I would argue that. He has a higher +/- and eye-test-wise is a better playmaker/defender from what I've seen of Lou, but to be fair I've only seen only a couple games so that's a pretty small sample size

Jeremy just seems a little, low energy for me. Well, outside of linsanity of course.

Lin has a higher +/-?? If it turned out he didn't, would you change your statement about Lin > Williams?

Just checked to be sure, Last year Lou did indeed have a better real +/- but the year before it was substantially worse than Lin. So maybe he had a good contract year. I didn't check career rpm. But I do think you gotta account for team plus/minus and we lost a lot of games last year. Regardless, personally I'd take Lin's playstyle over Lou's which iis too "Nick Youngy" for my taste lol

I'm honestly not sure what this team is going to look like. Russell, Clarkson, and Randle like to get up and down the court while Kobe, and hibbert are more half court players.

Bump this to show how much of a disappointment not only Byron but also the impact we thought the vets would have

Most people thought about 30 wins. We're on pace for half of that. And Byron still has his job. That's like a projected .500 team only winning 20 games. No way a coach would still have his job except with Byron ties to the organization

+1

30-35 here, but I had really higher expectations about 2 lottery picks, now I hope we can keep a top 3 pick, don't screw it and sign a couple of borderline all stars to make this team at leas respectable. Without magic wand 2.0 it will take a lot of years before we are contending with this kind of roster/coaching staff. As it is now, 76s future is looking brighter
