This is just one that happened to be caught on camera. It's only going to get worse IMO. Cars are faster, people have more distractions while driving, working longer hours and downing more caffeine so they are on edge when they're behind the wheel.

My next car I'm definitely having one of those dashcam mirrors installed.

Typically, what sets those type of guys off is that they were trying to drive like an ahole and someone just happened to be in the way.

The guy in the car should be glad that dude guy wasn't one of jodeke's friends.

If I had to guess it would be the guy in the Jetta wasn't going fast enough in the fast lane for the G37 driver's liking. The odd thing is he had his kids with him so he could have used the carpool lane.

BTW, note the other idiot in the convertible flying past both of them.

Pretty scary - you can't even drive away because it was in the middle of a busy freeway. Hopefully, the idiot gets locked up for a while.

Probably not a candidate for father of the year leaving 3 children in the car unattended to start punching a dude in the face on the freeway.

That is pretty hard core even for LA, exiting your car on the freeway in a middle lane and punching a dude through the window. I am sure Jetta guy did a bit more than he is copping to in the article for the guy to get that worked up.

Kids probably were driving him nuts already, and any little thing just set him off.

I figured they were in bumper to bumper traffic. This fool stopped his car on a freeway with rapidly moving traffic to beat that man down. Wow!

my guess is the Jetta driver was one of those trolls who intentionally hold up the passing lane to go the speed of their liking, slows down whenever someone presses on them and then speed up to trap off any car who attempts to get around them.

In today's climate it's not wise to run up on a stranger. You never know who or what's in the car. He could have run up on a cop.

Remember Gil Scott Heron song "Gun?" LINK

Yet another reason to always keep a spray bottle filled with urine at the ready. It's a surprisingly efficient arsehole repellant.

News and media outlets always blur license plates for liability reasons even when the name of the owner of the vehicle is known. Just like TMZ blurs license plates of celebrities etc.

In other words, the certain type of every day SoCal motorist that makes us all fantasize doing what this stupid weak minded crazy bastard Dikran went ahead and did.
