I still remember when Howard was here, and Kobe was railing against Howard's clownish behavior in the locker room.

I've seen enough clown shots this season to last a lifetime, followed by laughing about it

His whole season has had an exhibition feel to it. Who would have ever predicted he'd go out on a last place team smiling the whole way?

Yeah, this season is totally out of character for kobe, he never gave a (bleep) about the fans really, and all the non laker fans hated him. He used to hate losing and he now seems like he doesnt care at all about winning games. He just chucks at will, gets his applause and goes home. Crazy season, this one, i tell you

That team was in playoff contention all year and expected to win it all before the year began. This team is at 11 wins, go on and chuckle Kobe. BEN SIMMONS HERE WE COME!

nice of kobe to let the youngsters take more shots..that's how it should be..kobe having his kft but taking a backseat, taking less shots and just let the guards get him some easier shots. And the offense should be running through our 3 young core players.

Hi, do you guys think Kobe will play this Friday? I'm going to my first ever Laker game on the 26th and I'm mainly going to see Kobe play. Any ideas as to whether he'll play or not?

Yes! This road trip is finally over, and I can head home.

Will rewatch the games on TV, but in person it seemed like Chicago was the best KFT game this week by far out of Milwaukee and Memphis.

Nice games by all three!

You and I have different ideas of "nice games"

None of them recorded a steal or a block the entire game. Memphis outscored their game average by 30 pts. Kobe once again at 30% without a care in the world.

It troubles me that the young guys are accepting losing so easily. How does a rookie and two 2nd year players not play harder. It trouble me that the bad habits they are learning right now will carry over to the next HC and season.

I feel the same way but they are playing 4vs5 and they know it. No man is infallible. Everyone has a breaking point and this entire team is broken.

The young guys showed they can hold their own offensively. Where they failed was on the defensive end. Some of that was due to a lack of team defense (I blame the coach) and a good part was due to individual defense. Individually they need to increase their effort. The rest needs to come form a good coach. I think there is great promise in these young Lakers.

I was thinking very much about the same. The lack of D was outrageous. I would single out JR. To me, there was very little positive in his game tonight. Because of how poorly he defended.

Actually those are characteristics of 1st and 2nd year players.
