vince doesn't have legacy,,, constantly jumping ship didn't lead to MULTIPLE rings, clyde drexler lite,,, |
I'm talking about reducing his role, and still playing for a playoff caliber team. Vince is 39 and still has a role in the league on a playoff team.
Kobe COULD be that. And as someone that wants to see Kobe play more years, I wish he'd have done it (even it's not for the Lakers). |
He missed most of the last two years with season ending injuries. And in his final season he gets to walk away with $25MM, own All-Star weekend, and have people cheer his name in every arena around the league.
Vince is going to have a nice barbecue with his family the day after he retires. Maybe Roy Williams will show up if he's nearby on a recruiting visit. |

A 2 bit bench player averaging 5 points a game. Kobe has dignity and pride. |

Have you seen Kobe this season? Give Air Vince Kobe's shot attempts this season and he probably averages better numbers. |

"Air" Vince is a scrub. You can't be serious. He's averaging 5 points on 37% shooting this seson and averaged 6 point last season shot ting 33% |

It's frustrating hearing the guys repeat the same canned answers over and over. If it really is a matter of communication and hustle, etc, then why AREN'T you guys doing all that?! What seems to be the problem??
You know in the LOTR movie how Denethor just came off as random crazy mean guy, but if you read the book you got more of his backstory. I feel like since we aren't getting the full story of what's REALLY going on, they just sound crazy saying basically the same crap over and over. (Lol JR does not feel like reciting the script lol) |

Defensive Issues Persist In Loss to Memphis
Quote: | The Lakers — who have dropped eight straight — have now allowed six consecutive opponents to score 100-plus points and shoot better than 50 percent, which is the NBA’s longest such streak in the last two years.
“We are not getting back,” Larry Nance Jr. said. “We are not guarding our man. We are not rotating. We are not rebounding. It’s a lot. It’s on everybody.” |
