Games like this are like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow in a really long and terrible season. |

Okay nash |
Nash not too long ago "none of these guys are stars" |
He was making Kendall Marshall and Derek Fisher comparisons as well. |

Because I was never a hater, you guys remember the rich's man Derek Fisher floor comment, but forget about the Steph Curry light ceiling one.
I'm all about production, the eye test should come with stats and after the all star break his numbers are up to a top 5 rookie status, simple as that.
By the way, since I'm not a hater by any means, I will not start bashing Myles Turner, Okafor, Porzingis, Towns or even that other Denver rookie (the big one) just because now there are numbers to put our 2nd pick in the conversation for all rookie team. It just feels great when a top 5 pick start producing like a top 5 pick and this last game was just a magnificent outburst, but it was not the turning point because after SA and Queens games it was clear he would have high scoring games, but he is playing really well since he was inserted into the starting lineup.
Let's move on, a doubter is not a hater, I need production before I'm praising any player, I still don't have this Miami rookie as high as a lot of folks, it was never about Dlo, the person, just the player production. |
