Underwood ascended to the presidency way too quick. They could have drawn out his stint at VP and then gradually formulated a story about his move the presidency.

I personally like Jackie Sharp. Hot, somehow.

I like the 12 episodes in one day format. But unfortunately it makes it hard to discuss individual episodes in this thread

This series is so revealing of how our government works behind closed doors.

Wait until you get to episode 10 ... there's dialogue by Frank in the oval office and it is sooo good. Spacey is such an amazing actor.

If you mean it's like watching Michael Jordan play basketball against a bunch of college kids

So worth jumping on LG bro's? I'm out of shows. I'd wager 80% of the shows I jump on is from recommendations from you maniacs.

One bad thing about HoC and OITNB is that it's hard to discuss the show bc everyone watches at their own pace. While some of us binge watch the entire season on a weekend, others watch a few eps at a time so we can't talk about it without spoiling it for others

I did the same thing.
KRL beat me through the show. He cheated!
I don't think he watched the Laker game friday night. I was tempted to do the same.

Without question.

Story, acting, production 10/10

HoC, I'm up to S1 E8. I'm multitasking. I'm rereading (listening to this time, I have it on audio) Uncle Toms Cabin. Up to Chapter 24 on that. I've read it so I'm skimming a lot.

Have to say I had no idea Spacey was such a good actor.

I love it when he talks to the audience while running his game on (whoever) Let's them know he's getting it done through cunning.

Brilliant season, I'd say it was the most suspenseful yet, but at the same time, I hate (bleep) cliffhangers. Now we have to wait another year.

I tried to space it out, but found I kept thinking about it when I wasn't watching it. So I ended up finishing off episodes 7-13 last night.

Now there's no more.

Another great season. One of the few shows I watch that I can't stop watching. It's completely binge worthy.

I was let down a bit in Season 3, so entered Season 4 with tempered expectations.

Wow, I loved Season 4.

I have to much on my plate. People vs OJ Simpson, Uncle Toms Cabin, House of Cards. I'm up to S1/E11 HoC. Good thing I'm retired. I can break out the chips and Heineken and binge all day and night.

Just finished season 4, it was hard not to stop watching. IMO it was better done than season 3.. Too bad we gotta wait an entire year for the next season to roll around. I thought the main characters and protagonists this season were much better written and we got to see a lot of depth on what makes them tick.

More believable I would say. The whole Russian and gay kid stuff last season was a bit much.

BTW ... FLOTUS is HOT!
