MVP : Curry
ROY : Towns
COY : Luke Walton/ Kerr ( 73-9 can't be overlooked)
MIP : Curry ( no kidding, improved his scoring average by six points)
6th man : Whiteside ( he came off the bench a lot this season, so he must be him)
DPOY : Draymond Green ( Leonard played better defense other seasons, and Green is the defensive reason of 73-9)

Same. I'm fine with Leonard winning DPOY too

Per NBA.com: To be eligible for the award, a player must come off the bench in more games than he starts.
Whiteside has played in 73 games this season and he's started 43 of them, therefore isn't eligible for the award. _________________ RIP Kobe

Really, you can make a pretty good argument for those choices. I think MIP, however, isn't really intended to reward the MVP with a second award. I'm sure Curry will get some votes for it, but won't win MIP.
Sixth man will be a tough call. Iggy may win, in spite of not being stat heavy, because of the ring and because anyone watching Golden St. this year can see the impact he has. He plays great defense, facilitates the second unit, scores when he feels he needs to score, and can be clutch to end games. He has been the man prior to coming to GS, even though he isn't a true alpha dog, and that ability and experience changes the flow of many games.
DPOY is hard to predict. Leonard is brilliant. I think, however, that Green's ability to guard PF and C for stretches at an elite level, make switches onto any position on the floor off of screens, and help at the rim make him the more impactful defender. And, when you are 73-9, you deserve awards.
