I think he's going to do a great job. Hopefully Brooklyn's FO realizes they're about to take a lot of lumps and don't blame him for it. I don't think they're going to produce many wins for the next few years.

I think the Sean marks connection is the security he needs, and he will have time to acclimate and build.
