haha, BS was actually surprised that he got canned. He thought he did a great job coaching.
when he first heard this on Sunday he thought it was fake and took it with a grain of salt. lol
We will know how great of a job he did when the lottery comes on the 17th. If the lakers lose out on the pick, 2016 season would have been the worst coaching and team season in NBA history, to me. _________________ Because we're better than you!

The more I read about Byron Scott, his coaching regime and anyone associated with him, it makes me wonder how the Lakers could be stupid enough to hire such garbage?

He talks a good game. He knows everyone in management, and he knew what they wanted to hear.
He also had the good fortune of having some great PG leaders that pretty much took over his teams in Kidd and Paul.

Over under on if Byron even gets an interview?
in the nba? I would bet my life on it, easily. He'll never coach again and rightfully so
The only way I see Byron coaching again is if a) He takes an AC job and becomes the interim after the HC gets fired or b) If Magic buys into an NBA franchise and recommends him for the job.
It wasn't the just the losing, it was all the dumb things he said and leaving his last job with the impression he doesn't know how to coach/communicate with young players. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant
Byron and ISO ball Harden seem to be a match made in Heaven.
Except Harden isn't actually good enough to put a team on his back when they need him to. That's just silly. I'm no Harden fan but dude was MVP runner up as well as carrying that sad sack of Rockets to the WCF and then to the Playoffs this season when they had no business of being there. Don't let your hatred blind you from reality.
Did you read his quotes fiend? I was dying laughing. But now I kinda want somebody to hire him. It would be hilarious to watch another team suffer through what we did.
Byron on the Rockets feuding with Morey would be pure gold!

You would have to understand the reasons they hired him. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.
