I've said this before, but LNJ is a total Kobe stan. It's further evidence that the #rapist tweet was, while tasteless, not a slight on Kobe --- the implication was he was going to "rape" the Nuggets. And instead of explaining the context of the tweet, he just owned up to it and everyone moved past it.

Walton on Nance Jr.: "You’re going to have superstars that end up on SportsCenter every night but you need guys doing the little things."
really love his highlights vs the Kings here.
potential to be an elite finisher, couple instances of putting the ball on the floor for a couple dribbles, midrange J.
If he develops he could be really good, and if he is 1000% healthy going forward, he could be a really good/versatile Center

As long as the knee holds up, the sky is the limit for Garry!
To me our untouchables are Russell and Garry. He's going to explode with Luke has his coach. He is actually a good shooter, he is just so un-selfish that he usually passes up the shot. _________________ R.I.P. Doc Buss

Ya he talked about confidence being his main need of improvement. He said he knows he can make dribble moves, and hit 3s - but he just needs the confidence. He said this year was decent confidence building.
Larry Nance is in an arms race with Randle. Whoever gets that midrange going more consistently is going to be starting under Luke, all things considered.

crash the board and get the 50/50 Nance! How is Nance's PnR?
I was listening to Ireland's show today, I know, I know, he's persona non grata right now, but he did mention something interesting. Accordingly to him, Dlo, Clarkson, Randle, Nance are spending a lot of times working together at the Lakers training facility with someone from the Lakers player development(forgot the guy's name) now a days. Nice to see the young guys putting in the work. _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

Is his source Instagram? DLO has been in Louisville working with Grassfed and his personal trainer. The other guys have been working out in LA.

They were talking about Madsen, then about the player development guys, and this came up in passing, maybe he got the names mixed up a bit or maybe I misheard and thought he mentioned Dlo. _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

I almost think Larry would be a better starting PF next year than Randle, at least when it comes to fitting within a flowing offense where the ball doesn't stick and open shots are found. He can shoot from outside better than Randle and finish at the rim better than Randle, while also not ever needing the ball in his hands. _________________ You are either in or on your way to the NBA Finals.
Should be a stats guy. Nance had better PER, WS and some other stats per 36.
He and Clarkson were our young players with better advanced stats overall. I don't think we will ever see him dropping 40 the way Dlo can, but Nance did it all with great consistency. Luke just described him perfectly. I'm a big Nance fan, but I don't think he is ever going to be an all star or anything like that.

I agree completely. Its the jumpshot and the athleticism on defence that does it for me, the hustle.
A 4 who holds on to the ball and pushes it upcourt is nice but not at all relevant, we're not GS. Randle is the sexier player but Ljr just fits so much better with what we have and probably will have also(Ingram)
Isn't LNJ better than Simmons? They seem similar do we need Simmons if we have LNJ already? He has the athleticism and the out side shot.
Maybe Ingram is our man. Simmons is the enigma that the Australian kid from 2 years ago was. Forgot his name was on Utah jazz
