That Asian lady is Judy Seto. She is a massage therapist. That kobe brought on and who knows if she stays on now that he's retired. But we need a actual doctor with multiple degree is sports medicine, physical therapy and kinesiology. Hopefully they will also be a expert in biometric analytics.
With all of that hopefully they will be able from a sports medicine perspective lead this organization into the 21st century. Then be able to introduce some of the most advance techniques that p3 uses, as well as some analytics like catapult to measure fatigue and assess injuries before they happen.
Considering next year in 2017 the teams new practice facility will open hopefully it will be fully equipped with the most advanced training equipment and techniques.
We should just take the 2nd assistant trainer from the Warriors. Be consistent in plundering. _________________ Author of James Harden and the Strip Club

I have no idea where you get your information from, but your information is completely and absolutely wrong. Judy Seto is NOT a massage therapist. You can go on social media, ESPN, and even the Lakers own website to see that she is a PHYSICAL THERAPIST. She has her doctorate in it. She also has many certifications that make her qualified to work with elite level athletes.
A physician cannot perform physical therapy unless they go to school for physical therapy which would be another doctorate degree. Judy isn't an Athletic Trainer so they would either promote the current Athletic Trainer or hire a new one. I see Judy staying on the staff as their Head Physical Therapist since she's been a consultant for the Lakers for many years before she got hired on full-time.
