Nice. I did not know a lot of that about shooting form. But I do know hair so I have a question; hair moves LOL it's not cement. Why can't they just do the normal shooting motion?
a lot of african american hair(half myself) is very stiff, you will definitely feel it smacking the ball if you take it there. these guys don't take it through their hair at all

So Curry is a one motiion shooter, and ball never goes up and above his head. And he has short hair. And he may be the best shooter of all time.
Still, an interesting video but doesn't apply to one motion shooters.

You can be a one motion shooter, take the ball up really close to your face, and the back couple inches be beyond your hairline. Steph has really short arms for his size(wingspan), and Lilliard has a really low standing reach. that's why they're able to do a one motion and shoot at their face.
harden has a one motion stroke and has to tilt the hell out of his head to get it out of the way of the back of the ball. you've seen him do this head tilt on more than half of his shots

Specifically about DLo, https://vine.co/v/iVYJUQj93gq here you can see the work-around that I saw him do and succeed on as the season went on. Elevation. Has has to put himself on that plain with the rim because of having minimal arch. You can see the up+out extension. He does have great touch though, he can make shots not even extending his follow-through completely, that's not uncommon for him. 36% from 3 not including full court heaves, imagine when he fixes this trajectory issue even a little
His natural shot pocket is often really high and back on his head. I mean, I imagine it would affect it a little. I have soft hair and when the ball/hand hits it,it makes an impact. He would wet his hair for a lot of games.
