I don't want to ruin it in case some of you actually plan to read the entire thing, such as I did, but yeah. He bought a motel, solely to spy on guests for their sexual adventures, and was never caught. He ended up seeing plenty of sex, but a lot, lot, lot, lot more than that. I even feel he was responsible for some of things that occurred there.

As disturbing as it is, and as horrible of a human that I think he is...it's one of the most interesting things I've ever read. He really had a Jack Nicholson seat to reality that nobody else will ever have.
