7'6" 290 lbs Mamadou Ndiaye from UC Irvine.
My goodness this kid is big. He's super tall and has an 8'1" wingspan and reportedly, a 10' standing reach! LMAO. |

Look at that head! Someone go count the heads on Easter Island to make sure they're all still there. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Saw this guy at Eureka in UCI.
Anyways, he's really slow, can't see him playing much if at all. |

He was undrafted and the Warriors only signed him to a summer league contract. I have trouble seeing him even making the roster. By the time he lumbers down the court on defense, the play will already be going the other way. |

He was giving Louiseville fits in the tournament in 2015. Was hoping for the upset. He moved like he was stuck in molasses but guy was literally dunking the ball left and right without jumping. Looked like Billy Madison out there. |

Wow.
I was expecting him to be skinny for his height, but he looks pretty good. |

Yup, here he is (with an added bonus of my daughter & I in the front row ).
I've seen him maybe 10-15 times. I think he should have stayed in school another year, and frankly, I was hoping for a lot more progress over his three years at UCI. He never learned to work for good position to be able to take advantage of his height. Part of it was his speed -- defenses were already set up ahead of him -- and part of it was that the team in general never figured out feeding the post. But a lot of it was just his lack of skill, and it's just going to get worse in the pros. I'm pulling for him -- he's a good kid, but he's not going to make GS's roster.

He's a monster, but if teams in college can figure him out, I don't think he'll make an NBA team. |
