How funny would it be if Durant agrees to sign with the Lakers right at 12:01am on Friday. I know it's not gonna happen but Mitch would one up his under the radar trade for Gaso in 2008. |

24 other teams also didn't get a meeting with Durant. but the lakers name has to be there to generate the clicks for Sam |

Depends what you define as "no one."
We may not get a Horford, Whiteside or Durant, but we will get some valuable pieces that don't interfere with our timeline of winning. |

If you're referring to the Kevin Ding article I totally agree. It is incomprehensible to me that there is so much dysfunction in the FO even today. Now I would asume will take the $, but I'm preparing myself for the worst because that article is anything but promising. |

Forget KD. He's a nice guy and all and is one of the better role models out there but he's just not the kind of guy who is willing to take on the challenge of reaching levels of greatness that guys like Kobe and Magic have attained. Maybe he's scared of the challenge. Who knows?
It just seems like KD would rather take the Bernard King road to greatness. |

Ha. LOL. Whiteside needs to step up his game. His comeback is weak as hell. I use to say that when i got rejected also. I didn't have 100 mill though. |

same.. i hope mitch can actually close the deal this time and get us good free agents. don't get me wrong. he's good at trades and drafting on occasion,but he's no jerry west when it comes to free agency. |
