i forgot which one does it, but there's a site that can take the large file gifs or movies and converts it to something smaller so it loads better on phones. |

Imgur actually works very solidly. I was impressed by the mobile app，if you view the albums you can see all the gifs loading like butter.
Search heroball in imgur and view lakers album.
