2005 10th pick
2009 champion
2010 champion
2012 all star
2012 all nba 2nd team

and the best center in the league when he was traded.

he should've been our 5 to this day. he's only 29! imagine a prime bynum playing with this team...

Hope AB is on a sunny island somewhere with a couple ladies on his arm and a cold beer in his hand enjoying retirement.

Happy Birthday, Andrew Bynum!

He will always have my respect for being a key contributor to 2 championships. Heck, if he was healthy the first time we faced BOS, we could've had 3. A shame that the injury bug shortened a promising career. Unlike Dwight, he worked hard to improve facets of his game. I feel we got the maximum out of his short career... and it was worthwhile.

Another Jim Buss draft pick, right?

He was the difference maker on those championship teams. I still remember after the Howard trade, Doc Rivers was happy, saying that they always had a harder time guarding Bynum than Howard. Too bad his knees couldn't hold up.

Andrew won't understand. Can't spend a birthday wish. It doesn't come out of a ATM.

Bynum was the man while he was here. It was the right move to send him off due to his health, but he was very important in those championship seasons. Hopefully he goes bowling safely for his birthday and has a nice time.

a prime bynum would mean we would've already had a 2nd star FA sign with us, maybe even durant. Imagine prime durant, prime bynum with zero knee issues in this nba with no real centers to defend him. he would destroy the league.

Man, if Bynum can continue his career, he will be pretty awesome. He is a big with skills, so he can do tremendously right now.

He was my favorite player on the team. I was always so nervous about his knees. I imagin that is how Sixers fans feel about Embiid

it's a shame tbh, he would've been an absolute monster today if his knees would've held up.

Happy bday Drew!

Yeah watching Bynum play gave me so much anxiety. Every time he made an awkward move i thought there goes his knees. Dude was such a beast though, it's too bad his career ended shortly.

He was definitely ahead of his time by trying to shoot threes as a center though lol

Man, if I had to assemble a best ever "if not for injuries" team, Bynum might be my starting center.

C - Andrew Bynum
PF - (okay, I have an opening)
SF - Grant Hill
SG - Brandon Roy
PG - Derrick Rose
