I have mad respect for this dude as a coach and as a finder/assembler of talent. With that being said, what is up with his appearance? The guy looks like Howard Hughes in his final days - long, unkempt hair; scraggly beard, unhealthy skin - put a pointy hat on him and he could play Gandalf in Lord of the Rings.

I always thought he looked like James Cameron

and while were at it... Doesn't Rick Carlisle look like Jim Carey

and CP3 looks and sort of acts like Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel Air

This is him in the mid 90's. Not much different to me after 20 years. Skin and hair were pretty bad even then.
