I'm expecting another productive game from T-Rob vs one of his former teams. |

TROB is replacing Nance decently.
THink Trob is actually a better rebounder than Nance, but Nance is a lot more active in terms of team defense. |

Nance is a much better defender than Robinson. Though Robinson is a very good fill in when we lose guys like Nance and Deng. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Love how TRob hustles and fights, but his BBALL IQ is very low. No doubt Nance is a better option than TRob, but as a 5th big, can't ask for more than what TRob is doing.
There's a reason TRob went from top 5 pick to what, 6 teams in 4 years? _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Robinson will end up like Bazemore. A guy we got who never got a chance and will end up being very productive. I hope we don't lose this guy. |

Solid game tonight by T-Rob. He needs to work on his free throws and defense but overall I was pleased with his effort, hustle and contribution to the win.
7 points, 9 rebounds. |

I actually prefer TRob to Nance.
I know thats not a popular sentiment around here but just my preference. I feel like he brings a lot more lateral quickness to the table and hes a very underrated playmaker. Would actually like to see them play together more _________________ He's my GOAT |

Nance is a plus defender, Robinson is a negative defender. So I stick with Nance when he is healthy and use Robinson when we have injuries. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

TRob makes mistakes all over the place. He makes up for half of them through sheer hustle but he doesn't come close to what Nance brings to the table. |

I love Robinson energy, but we can't compare them because there is a huge gap in IQ. Nance is a smart player, moves the ball well, is a good team defender and is developing a serviceable jump shot. Robinson is Black at PF spot with less skills. He deserves his roster spot, but that is it. |

He is great to have when you get a couple of injuries. Much better option than Ryan Kelly. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Cmon, dude. Of course, it's less reliable when players play much fewer minutes. _________________ LeBron, AD, & _________. Stay tuned.

T-Rob is not as talented all-around as Larry Jr. I love them both and we are lucky to have them.
It would be interesting to see both on the court at the same time in limited minutes, of course. |

Robinson is starting to remind me of Ben Wallace during his Orlando years. Consistent 20-30mpg, Crazy high rebound rates.
Wallace was a better swatter and defender, and that's what got him the big contract.
Robinson is averaging 12/15/0.8 per 36. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

Lakers: Power Under the Boards
Quote: | If there is one thing we learned in the Lakers’ loss to the Raptors Monday night, it is that the Lakers don’t lack rebounding ability, especially on the offensive end.
In Monday night’s disappointing loss to the Toronto Raptors, the Los Angeles Lakers were once again not able keep the same level of energy through out the game. However, one positive takeaway from the game was the job on the glass by the second unit. Namely, former Kansas products Thomas Robinson and Tarik Black.
One huge reason LA stayed in the game through the first three quarters was the energy and effort Tarik Black and Thomas Robinson brought. |

In Trob's case, he's actually averaged at his per 36 or better when he's gotten minutes (going back to last season). Of course your team is not going to win many games playing him that much, but it also shows that his stat stuffing isn't a fluke. |

Either way, I'm rooting hard for him.
Anyone familiar with his personal story? |

Finally get's some burn, and goes for 9 points, 8 boards and 4 steals in just 17 minutes.... |
