|
|
I am looking for great Thai food. And if we have to drive to get there, no problem. I have a lot of people visiting from around and out of US over the next few months. I used to know a couple of goto Thai places about 10 years ago or so in LA for phenomenal Thai food. One was fairly inexpensive the other was more. I don't recall their names off hand but both were in LA. '
Asking for great Thai food not just all right, or filling, or good because you get a lot for what you pay for, or you just discovered Thai food near your college and it's got a lot of reviews on Yelp. I have never been to Thailand though I have had Thai friends and their mom or aunt or older sisters cook meals or dinners over the years, but I don't know that it has to be authentic...just great.
Hole in the wall or date place or where the stars eat....don't care as long as the food is great. Price is an object, just secondary, like time to drive. If they do one thing exceptionally well, but not so much another, that's fine.
Thanks - been too too long |

Thanks for commenting everyone. Jitlada sounded familiar but I don't recognize the interior or location as one I recall. Making a list. |

My Wife is Thai and she has been eating at Sizzling Wok in Lakewood for over 20 years...!
It's on South Street, no far from Cherry... _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.” |
