When randle plays poorly the team plays poorly. When he plays great the team plays great _________________ Kobe |

Randle has been the best player on the team and I don't think it's close. |

Except for tonight! But I see what you mean. When he has a bad game, the team is off. Although part of that is highlighted by not having Larry God Jr subbing in for him _________________ Austin Reaves

It's a tie for me between Nick Young and Julius Randle. If it weren't for Nick Young's shooting on some of these games.. I don't know that the Lakers would have SOME of the wins they do.
Julius also seems to play a big part in the Lakers success.
The Lakers seem to feed off of him when he has those "spurts" where he's just all over the place on defense and cookin' on all cylinders on offense. |

At one point it was Lou Williams, but he isn't playing the same as he was earlier in the season. Randle overall has probably been the best but he has been inconsistent. Tough to choose anyone honestly. |
